The difference between the Phiiladelphia Eagles and the rest of the dozen or so teams vying for a shot at the Super Bowl is that the Eagles HAVE to win it. Not just get to Miami, where the game will be played Feb. 7. But WIN. That's because: 1. They haven't won an NFL title in almost 50 years _ since 1960, to be exact. And 2. They are Philadelphia fans. The Eagles _ or Iggles as it's pronounced there _ are Philly's passion. Yes, the Phillies won a World Series a year ago and made it this year. And the Flyers won Stanley Cups in 1974 and 1975. But the Eagles have never won a Super Bowl and so their somewhat extraordinary success this decade _ five NFC championship games and a loss to the Patriots in the one championship game they managed to reach _ isn't enough. So who do they blame? The two men who arguably brought them what for most teams would be enduring success: Andy Reid, the coach, and Donovan McNabb, the best quarterback the team has ever had.
